My Favorite Fitness Things to Kickstart Your Journey

Hey Queens Hey!!!!! Embarking on a fitness journey is a powerful step toward a healthier, happier you. Post-workout recovery is vital for muscle repair and growth. I swear by a good-quality protein shake to refuel my body after a challenging session. It's a convenient and delicious way to support your fitness goals. There are so many shakes to choose from but Dymatize ISO100 is my favorite. It is affordable, mixes well and has serval yummy flavors. Also unlike other powders it is easy on my digestive system. I use the vanilla in several recipes but my all time favorite is to add it to my iced coffee.











2. BCAAs for Soreness

BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) are your secret weapon against post-workout soreness. They aid in muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and support your overall fitness journey. Often times after my workouts you will find me sipping on some fruit punch BPI Sports Best BCAA. I will add a scoop of this in my water and call me crazy but I like to add lemon 🍋 juice and make a post workout lemonade. Add crushed ice and sparkling water for a slushy treat! .
