Build
Free weights, body weights, resistance bands and more! Come tone and TRANSFORM your body one rep at a time. Water, towel and yoga mat suggested. 45 min


This fun and sexy class primarily uses RESISTANCE BANDS and hand weights to help build and transform your glutes, quads, hamstrings and core. Be warned! There may be a little twerking involved every now and then. Come grow your PEACHES in bootycamp! 45 min
BOOTYCAMP
SWEAT
This class will make you sweat! The goal of these fun cardio based classes are to make you sweat, build endurance and keep your heart rate up. Class types varies from Zumba, Step, Hip Hop Dance, Kickboxing to HIIT workouts . 45 min
